Full-Time College/Graduate/Trade School Student pays just $50/month.
Your monthly membership includes:
- Primary care services with Dr. Lubinski, including in-office labs and in-office procedures at no additional cost
- Home visits available for a separate fee of $150 per visit
- Ability to call Dr. Lubinski after hours for urgent medical concerns
- Unlimited patient portal communication directly with Dr. Lubinski
- Referral to and follow-up communication with specialists
- Access to quarterly educational events with Dr. Lubinski, which restart in 2023
- Access to online electronic health record and printed copy on request
- Access to deeply discounted lab prices for tests processed by Quest Diagnostics

This works for most people because it can save time and money by problem-solving with a primary care doctor who specializes in your wellbeing and can work with you to get to the root of your health challenges. As in all businesses, fees and services are subject to change. I will not increase fees in the first 12 months of your membership or more than once per year. I will give you written notice of fee adjustments at least 60 days prior to change.
