It's Simple: the kind of primary care you want when you want it

What you will find here is a community-inspired family medicine clinic where you have direct access to a doctor who knows you, is there when you need your doctor, and helps you learn about health in a variety of creative ways that extend past the walls of the exam room and into the community.  I thank our community members for their inspiring ideas to help grow this clinic and make it possible.  As far as I know, it's the first of its kind on the Olympic Peninsula!   ​
MISSION: To partner with patients of all walks of life in trusting, long-term relationships in order to offer outstanding, compassionate, and accessible primary care in a safe and healing atmosphere that is inspired by our community's needs and desires. 

What is Direct Primary Care?​

For a simple monthly fee, you can get most of your medical needs met and work with a doctor who knows you. By working with you and not for your insurance company, I can work in alignment with my values of doing what's best for you. There is a growing movement across the state and country of practices using this model to offer their patients the best access and high quality care with lower overall cost.  Together we're joining a movement!

So what's different?

  • Freedom to communicate more easily with your doctor
  • Home visits when indicated
  • Phone and secure video visits whenever needed or wanted
  • Appointments 30-60 minutes
  • Lowest out-of-pocket lab prices locally
  • No extra cost for in office tests like EKG, rapid strep, hemoglobin, INR, pregnancy test, urinalysis, urine drug screen, and stool testing for colon cancer
  • A passion for getting to the root of the problem: it's not just "a pill for every ill"
  • Comfort is a priority--in the space we share, in how we share information and ideas about your health, in how exams take place (no paper on exam the exam table!)

Fall Clinic Hours

Schedule subject to change, typically related to the Port Angeles School District calendar.  ALL visits by appointment, including labs. You are welcome to come to the clinic IF you have a confirmed clinic appointment. Otherwise call or text us to schedule your next appointment. 

Monday:  9 am - 2 pm  
Tuesday:  9 am - 5 pm 
Wednesday:  9 am - 2 pm  
Thursday: 9 am - 5 pm ​
Friday:  9 am - 2 pm  (administrative work and patient communication only)

​*Administrative Work = Administrative work means working for my patients by addressing all the aspects of keeping my practice running as smoothly as possible. I will also use this time to answer messages, consult with specialists, process referrals, follow up on lab results, send monthly newsletters, and organizing group events.

All visits by confirmed appointment only. If you didn't get a visit reminder/confirmation, you do not have a visit in our schedule.  Please call or text the office at 360-406-5220 if you need to schedule an appointment. Messages are returned during business hours listed above. Medical facilities needing something from Dr. Lubinski should FAX the office at 360-775-2125.
